They publish their books in an encrypted PDF format that you can buy online with a few clicks and download it instantly. I for one an tired of lugging around 10 pound technical reference manuals that are now out of date for the most part.
O’Reiley and Wrox are trying with their subscription services but those are kind of pricey. Wrox fails miserably by only offering a select group of titles. O’Reilly has everything available, but Damn! Expensive.
