Ouch

Yesterday I did the second workout in the new Muscle Mass and Fat Loss plan I am following. This work had more leg exercises than I am used to doing. All I can say is ouch. Just nine hours later as I was lying in bed falling asleep, I knew I would wake up with DOMS. It was already setting in. That’s pretty unusual for me. It normally takes 24 hours for the hurting to commence.

1A) Legs 25 lb dumbbells
1B) Abs Swiss Ball

2A) Legs 1 10lb dumbbell
2B) Legs 1 25lb dumbbell

3A) Legs 26 lb Kettlebell
3B) Shoulders 10 lbs, then 8 lbs
