I hate these socks
The first one was OK, but one I’m working on now sucks! Look at how all the color pooled on one side! Yuck. A spiral is finally forming now that I’ve turned the heel, but I’m only finishing these out of some weird sense of obligation.
Who am I obligated to? These socks are for me and if I hate them, I’m not likely to wear them. So why finish? Why not abandon? I have no idea except I won’t move on to a new pair until this pair is done. So I suffer on.
